Midway announced today four new tenants at Century Square, the premier mixed-use development just steps from Texas A&M University in College Station.
College Station’s comfort food purveyor, MESS Waffles, Etc., will open its first brick-and-mortar location at Century Square. Aggie owned and operated, MESS started off as a local food truck in 2014. With 2,853 square feet of retail space located on the ground floor of 100 Park, MESS is excited to bring back it’s beloved chicken & waffles, mac & cheese, and waffle desserts for lunch and dinner, as well as introduce a new lineup for weekday breakfasts and weekend brunches.
According to Sanif Maredia, the owner of MESS, “We’re thrilled to open at Century Square, and get back to serving our outstanding customers.”
With 20 locations across Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Tennessee, Hemline has grown into a fashion empire, with one of its highly sought-after boutiques located here in Bryan College Station. Moving from their previous downtown Bryan location, Hemline will be bringing its fashion-forward clothing and accessories to Century Square. At its new Century Square location, Hemline will occupy 1,200 square feet of retail space located between Hopdoddy and Zoës Kitchen.
“Hemline provides some of the most diverse and covetable selections of fashion to the BryanCollege Station area and we are excited to continue to offer the curated styles we are known for, in a new exciting location,” said Lizzie Steen, manager of Hemline B/CS.
Sharetea, the popular tea franchise with more than 450 stores worldwide, will open its first College Station location at Century Square where it will continue to offer its menu of specialty pearl milk tea drinks, a diverse range of refreshing fruit teas, and ice blended slushies. Their drinks are made from carefully selected ingredients shipped directly from Taiwan, bringing unmatched authenticity from the origin of pearl milk teas.
Alfred Leong, the franchisee of Sharetea stated, “We are looking forward to bringing our high-quality drinks to Century Square, and are excited to share a taste of authentic Taiwanese milk and fruit teas with the community.”
In relocating to Century Square, Premier Inc.’s capital equipment planning and procurement office in Texas will occupy approximately 8,500 square feet of premium office space in the Century Square One Office Building, located on the third floor overlooking the Bonfire Memorial. Premier was drawn by the innovative concept of the Century Square location as a great overall environment for its approximately 30 employees who occupy this location.

Previously announced Century Square tenants include: Berryhill Baja Grill, Blaze Pizza, Breakaway Ministries (administrative offices), Galleria Day Spa, Hey Sugar, Hopdoddy, Merge, Mo’s Irish Pub, Orangetheory Fitness, Piada Italian Street Food, Star Cinema Grill, Sub Zero, Runway Seven, Sweet Paris Crêperie, Tiff’s Treats, and Zoës Kitchen.
