As of Jan. 19, ViaSat broke ground on their new 89,000 sq. foot corporate campus in ATLAS. The project represents an initial capital investment of well more than $20,000,000. Furthermore, ViaSat plans to create 150 new jobs and an annual payroll of $9,600,000.

ViaSat, Inc. is a global broadband services and technology company and it ensures consumers, businesses, governments, and military personnel have communications access on the ground or in-flight. ViaSat’s decision to locate its Texas corporate campus in the Research Valley after its 2014 acquisition of NetNearU of Bryan represents the company’s future.
