The Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce and Title Sponsor Texas A&M University Procurement  Services will host the 13th annual Community Impact Awards luncheon on Tuesday, July 28. The luncheon will honor historically underutilized businesses in the community.

The Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce and Title Sponsor Texas A&M University Procurement Services will host the 13th annual Community Impact Awards luncheon on Tuesday, July 28. The luncheon will honor historically underutilized businesses in the community. The event will take place from 11:45am to 1pm at the Phillips Event Center in Bryan. 
The Community Impact Award program was started in 2003 to recognize Hispanic, African-American, Asian, American-Indian and Women business owners who have demonstrated a significant impact on B/CS community.
There are three requirements for a business to be eligible for the award. They must be a member of the B/CS Chamber of Commerce, meet HUB Certification requirements of at least 51 percent minority ownership, and have been in business for a minimum of five years.
