The Brazos Breeze Flute Choir will perform their annual fall concert Sunday, October 21, at A&M United Methodist Church beginning at 6 p.m. The church is located at 417 University Drive in College Station.

The Brazos Breeze Flute Choir will be performing a special Halloween concert featuring works such as Sibelius “Valse Triste,” Saint-Saens “Danse Macabre,” Mussorgsky “Night on Bald Mountain” and several other seasonal favorites. The composition of the group is piccolo, C flutes, alto flutes, bass flutes, contrabass flute, string bass, and percussion. The Brazos Breeze is conducted by Robert McElroy, former conductor of the Houston Symphonic Band. The members of the Brazos Breeze are professional musicians from cities around the area including Anderson, Bellville, Brenham, Bryan/College Station, Corsicana, Haltom City, Huntsville and Spring.

Although not required, attendees are invited to come in seasonal attire.

Admission to the concert is free, but the group is raising funds to buy a contrabass flute so a free will offering will be accepted.
