The public is invited to register early for the 2018 Bryan College Station Chamber of Commerce Economic Outlook Conference that will be held in January. Experts will discuss both economic challenges and opportunities while highlighting the economic forecast for the Brazos Valley.

This year’s conference will kick off on Jan. 24 at the College Station Hilton at 7am with an informal coffee and meet and greet with the Bryan and College Station mayors and school superintendents, as well as Brazos County Judge Duane Peters. Registration and breakfast will follow at 7:30am. By 8am, the program will begin and the conference will be in full swing until it ends at 1:30pm.
Three Case Studies of Success will be presented during the unique keynote presentation. Spencer Clements with ATLAS, Dr. Jim Nelson will discuss the RELLIS Campus, and Timothy Crowley will discuss the Tower Point College Station development. Each presenter will discuss the unique challenges and opportunities faced in developing these projects.
EOC favorite Dr. Jim Gaines with the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University will return to the conference for the ninth time. He plans to bring his economic crystal ball, and is sure to be a crowd favorite again as he speaks about the local and national real estate trends and their effect on the economy.
