On March 28, thousands of Texas A&M students will gather together to say thank you to the residents of Bryan/College Station by taking part in The Big Event, the largest one-day, student-run service project in the nation. Whether the job is raking leaves, painting houses, clearing debris, or simply having a conversation, the student body at Texas A&M University has shown its commitment to the B/CS community for the past 32 years through The Big Event.
“The Big Event specifically wants to say “thank you” to the incredible minds that teach and inspire us students on a daily basis. We want to send our message of gratitude on March 28, 2015 through the spirit of selfless service,” says Kevin Brooks, Director of The Big Event.
