The Brazos Valley Community Action Agency, Inc., dba HealthPoint, has been awarded a $25,000 grant from the Pink Alliance in order to provide breast cancer screenings for women with limited means.  Join BVCAA, Inc. and the Pink Alliance for the award presentation on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 1:30pm at the ABC Clinic in College Station. 

The Pink Alliance is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization started by local breast cancer survivors to assist those newly diagnosed with breast cancer, and to respond to the needs of the community regarding breast health and cancer awareness, detection, and treatment.

BVCAA, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to assist in the empowerment of individuals, families, and communities to reach their full potential economically, educationally, health-wise, culturally, and socially.  BVCAA will provide the breast cancer screenings through its eleven HealthPoint Clinics (Federally Qualified Health Centers) in Bryan/College Station and surrounding counties.
