Texas Lions Camp, Inc. and Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen have created “One Tasty Day” to help raise money for children with special medical conditions.
A special day is cooking up to help spread the word and share some great cuisine between Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen and the Texas Lions Camp, shared Tom Kenney, Founder and Chief Bus Boy of Napa Flats.
On Tuesday, April 5, Napa Flats will donate 25 percent of Gross Proceeds during normal business hours when customers mention the Texas Lions Camp promotion. All you have to do to participate is plan to bring your family and friends out to eat for lunch or dinner at one of three Texas locations in Austin, College Station, or San Antonio.
“We are excited to partner with Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen restaurants to help encourage new donors from the Austin, College Station and San Antonio areas of Texas to support Texas Lions Camp,” says Stephen S. Mabry, CFRE, CAE, Chief Executive Officer of TLC. “During the summer of 2015, 1,520 campers who have physical disabilities, type 1 diabetes, and cancer had the opportunity to improve their self-esteem through a program designed especially for them. Our participation in “One Tasty Day” is a unique way we are working to involve our family and friends and expand our base of support across the great State of Texas,” says Mabry.
