“A Night Out in B/CS” is being coordinated by local community members in conjunction with the men of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at Texas A&M University.
On Wednesday, August 22, local businesses in Bryan and College Station will open their doors to citizens and students looking to help the families of Constable Brian Bachmann and Christopher Northcliffe who were tragically lost in the August 13 shooting in College Station.
While some citizens have contributed directly to the families, students and community members who would still like to contribute may do so by supporting the local businesses that have agreed to donate a percentage of their profits to funds benefitting the Bachmann and Northcliff families by participating in “Night Out in B/CS.”
More than 20 businesses including retail, dining and entertainment, have agreed to participate. Some restaurants, including The LaSalle Café will donate 15% of all Café proceeds for the day including breakfast from 6 am to 10 am, lunch from 11 am to 2 pm, and dinner from 5 pm to 9 pm. Other businesses have specific times for profit shares. For a complete list of participating businesses, visit NightOutBCS.com.
If a business would like to participate, contact Ryan Davenport at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive more information.
