The FedStar Credit Union & the Better Business Bureau Community Shred Day is Thursday, January 28 in the FedStar Credit Union parking lot at 701 Harvey Road., College Station, from 10am-2pm.

Maximum shred amount is limited to five printer paper sized boxes, and there will be help to unload. This should not be trash, but it should be old tax returns, bank statements, credit card statements, bank loans, or medical records, etc., and any other paper information that you do not want to be shared which has personal identifying information on it. Keep your personal information to yourself by participating in this free shred event.

Shredding will be performed onsite by Iron Mountain, and you are welcome to stay and watch, if you so desire. You may keep your boxes/containers for next year, or they will be recycled. Please no cardboard, CDs, or DVDs.

This is a free event provided for the Bryan/College Station community by the BBB & FedStar Credit Union. Pass the word and start lining up around 9:45am on Thursday, January 28 in the FedStar Credit Union parking lot right across from Ozona Grill & Bar on Harvey Road.
