Local nonprofit Junction Five-O-Five invites community members to the annual Harvest Moon celebratory fundraiser for dinner and auctions on Oct. 12.

Junction Five-O-Five was created to give people with disabilities opportunities for mainstream employment. This year’s fundraiser will include a celebrity wait staff including KAGS Anchor Vanessa Croix and Mayor of Bryan, Andrew Nelson.

The event, hosted at the College Station Hilton, will kick off at 6pm with a social hour and silent auction, followed by dinner and a live auction at 7pm. During the live auction, items such as a four night stay at Crested Butte Colorado Condo and a bracelet from Tacori Jewelry Company will be up for bid.

Entertainment at the event will include performances from Eugene Eugene and the emcee of the program will be Mike Wright. Guests can purchase single tickets for $65 or reserve a table for up to 12 people for $3,000 or more. Reservations are due Sept. 29. Attendees are asked to arrive in business attire and expect a cash bar. For more information call (979) 846-3670.
