The Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce has announced BoomFit, HBi Office Solutions, Inc., and House of Tires as the 2015 Community Impact Award winners.

For the past 10 years, BoomFit owners and founders Charlie and Alicia Lima have helped people build a better version of themselves through community involvement, fitness and compassion. HBi Office Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1976 and became Historically Underutilized Business certified under owner Melissa Hodges in 2002. HBi provides office furniture installations, project management, interior design and space planning. Owner Bobby Gutierrez of House of Tires has been offering quality customer service and tire sales and services to the Brazos Valley since 2002.

The Community Impact Award program was started in 2003 as a joint effort between the B/CS of Commerce and Texas A&M University’s HUB Program. The goal of the award is to recognize minority business owners who have made a significant impact on our community.

The luncheon will be held at 11:45am on Tuesday, July 28 at The Phillips Event Center. The public is invited to celebrate BoomFit, HBi Office Solutions, Inc. and House of Tires’ contributions to the community. Tickets are $25 each, or purchase a table for $300. You can register online at www.bcschamber.org, or by calling the Chamber office at (979) 260-5200.
